Filling: Chicken, Onions, Potatoes, Water, Crushed Tomatoes, Yogurt (Milk Ingredients, Pectin, Bacterial Culture), Canola Oil, Garlic, Salt, Paprika, Ginger, Spices, Cilantro, Citric Acid, Turmeric, Sugar. Pastry: Water, Enriched Wheat Flour, Canola Oil, Salt, Vinegar. Tamarind Sauce: Water, Tamarind, Sugar, Salt, Spices, Citric Acid, Xanthan Gum. 

Contains: Milk, Wheat.

Preparation

Conventional Oven

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400°F.

  2. Cook from frozen. Remove packaging, place on baking sheet and cook for 14-16 minutes on middle rack. Flip half way through.* 

  3. Remove carefully. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.

Air Fryer

  1. Pre-heat air fryer to 350°F.

  2. Cook from frozen. Remove packaging, place in basket and cook for 9-11 minutes. Flip half way through.* 

  3. Remove carefully. Let stand for 2 minutes before serving. 

*Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165°F. These are guidelines only, individual appliances vary.
